Add/Modify Staff Member

Our fitness studio management software allows you to easily add and modify staff members. Here's a guide to the different fields you can fill out when adding or modifying a staff member:

First Name

The First Name field is where you enter the first name of the staff member.

Last Name

The Last Name field is where you enter the last name of the staff member.

Email

The Email field is where you enter the email address of the staff member. This email will be used to invite the staff member to join the software and to send notifications for new bookings and updates.

Phone

The Phone field is where you enter the phone number of the staff member. This phone number will be used to communicate with the staff member regarding their schedules and any changes or updates.

Birth Date

The Birth Date field is where you enter the date of birth of the staff member. This information can be used for various purposes, such as scheduling and analytics.

Gender

The Gender field is where you select the gender of the staff member. This information can be used for various purposes, such as scheduling and analytics.

Roles

The Roles field is where you select the roles that the staff member will have. The available roles are Manager and Instructor. Selecting "Manager" will give the staff member access to more advanced features, such as editing member and staff information, and adding new plans and booking types. Selecting "Instructor" will give the staff member the ability to create and teach classes.
