Staff Members Screen
The Staff Members feature in our fitness studio management software allows you to manage the staff members of your studio. This includes instructors, admin, and other staff. Here's a guide to the different elements of the Staff Members screen:
New Staff Member Button
The New Staff Member button allows you to add a new staff member. Clicking on this button will open a form where you can enter the new staff member's details, such as their name, email, and position.
Filter by Role
The Owners/Instructors/All/Revoked filter allows you to filter the list of staff members by their role. By default, the filter shows "Owners", but you can select "Instructors" to only show those with the instructor role or "Revoked" to show staff members whose access has been revoked. Selecting "All" shows all staff members, regardless of their role.
Free Text Search
The Free Text Search field allows you to search for staff members by name or email. Simply type in the name or email address of the staff member you're looking for, and the list will be filtered accordingly.
List of Staff Members
The main area of the screen shows a list of staff members. Each staff member is listed with their name, email, and role. You can click on a staff member to view and edit their details.
From this screen, you can also revoke or activate staff member's access. To revoke access, click on the "Revoke Access" button next to the staff member's name. To activate access, click on the "Activate Access" button.
