New Plan Button

To create a new membership plan, click on the "New Plan" button. This will open a form where you can enter the details and settings for the new plan. Fill in the plan name, description, duration, cost, and any additional terms or conditions. After providing all the required information, click on the "Save" button to create the plan.

Active/All Filter

By default, the Plans screen displays only the active plans, which are currently available for members to purchase. If you want to view all plans, including both active and inactive ones, you can use the "Active/All" filter. Select the "All" option from the filter to see the complete list of membership plans associated with your fitness studio.

Free Text Search

To search for a specific plan, you can use the free-text search feature. The search field on the screen allows you to enter a keyword or phrase related to the plan you're looking for. The system will filter the plan list based on your search query, helping you find plans by name or any other relevant terms.

List of Plans

The main section of the Plans screen displays a list of all the membership plans offered by your fitness studio. Each plan is shown as a card or tile, showing information such as the plan name, duration, cost, and any additional details.

To edit a plan, click on the respective plan card. This will open the Plan Details screen, where you can update the plan's information, pricing, duration, or any other relevant settings. Remember to save your changes after modifying the plan.

If you wish to remove a plan, you can do so by clicking on the "Delete" button on the plan card. Deleting a plan is a permanent action and will also affect any existing members who are subscribed to that plan.
