Members Screen
The Members screen is where you can manage the information and subscriptions of your fitness studio's members. Here's a guide on how to use the various features and options available on the Members screen:
Navigation to Members Screen
To access the Members screen, simply click on the "Members" button in the navigation bar of the application.
"New Member" Button
At the top of the Members screen, you'll find the "New Member" button. Clicking on this button will open a form where you can add a new member to your fitness studio. Enter the member's details, such as their name, email address, phone number, and select the appropriate subscription plan.
Filters
To help you manage your members efficiently, the Members screen provides filter options. These filters allow you to view specific groups of members based on their status. The available filters are:
- "Active": This filter displays members who currently have an active subscription plan.
- "Leads": Selecting this filter shows potential members who have expressed interest in your fitness studio but have not yet subscribed to a membership plan.
- "Due Payments": By choosing this filter, you can view members who have outstanding payments that are past their due date.
- "All": This filter displays a comprehensive list of all your members, including active members, leads, and those with due payments.
Free Text Search
To quickly find a specific member, you can use the free text search feature located at the top of the Members screen. Simply enter the member's name or email address into the search bar, and the list of members will be filtered accordingly, displaying only the matching results.
Member List
In the main area of the Members screen, you'll see a list of all your members. This list provides an overview of each member's name, subscription plan, email address, and phone number. You can click on any member's name to access their detailed member profile page.
In the member profile page, you can view and manage various aspects of the member's information, such as their booking history, payment details, and other relevant details. You can also make changes to their subscription plan or update their personal information.
